SUMMARY:Timely and Meaningful Consultation
DESCRIPTION:The Services for Exceptional Children Department will host a Timely and Meaningful Consultation. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the district’s consultation process; to summarize the child find process for private schools; and to explain what proportionate share is\, how it is calculated\, and how those funds will be allocated to provide services for students with disabilities who attend private school or students who are homeschooled in the Fulton County Schools’ attendance zone. \nRepresentatives from private elementary and secondary schools as well as parents of students with disabilities who attend a private school or are homeschooled in FCS’s attendance zone are encouraged to attend this meeting.  For further information\, please contact Patti Grayson at graysonp@fultonschools.org.
